Counterfeiting in all industries is a big problem in every country. Counterfeiting is a serious issue in the pharmaceutical business since counterfeit pharmaceuticals are known to induce severe drug responses and, in some circumstances, even death. There are many technologies and solutions that pharmaceuticals companies adopt to combat these issues. I recently happened to come across a company called Ennoventure. I was really fascinated by their anti-counterfeit solutions. The employ a crypto-signature in an already existing packaging and the consumer can check for themselves if their purchase is genuine or not by just downloading the Ennoventure’s App and scanning the product for themselves. Their technology is patented and invisible to the naked eye and so that means that the counterfeit producers cant manipulate this or duplicate this -signature. Another thing that fascinated me was their patented technology can be added to an existing packaging. That means that the company or brand doesnot need to redo their product packaging thgereby making this solution really feasible.About Ennoventure
